Goals

• Create a home insurance experience by Homesite Insurance that closely resembles progressive branding

• Makes the user feel like they are being asked only a few more questions since customers already went through the quote process through Progressive

• Lead UI Designer for progressive home insurance 

• Collaborated in user research - Engaged in results from testing 

What This feature does

In order to get users through the quote an idea of some kind of “Guide” was encouraged to explore. Progressive was not comfortable using Flow so we came up with Jacop who is a good friend of Flows.

I started designing each question as though Jacop was asking it and he provided helpful tips in areas where, through the data, showed where customers were getting hung up.
